Maintaining its custom approach Marrone offers the possibility to integrate robata and satay grills made to your specifications.
These units, operated with natural charcoal or lump wood, are ideal for cooking different kind of foods such as beef, lamb, chicken, seafood and vegetables.
Differently from the Robata concept, which incorporate three tier cooking levels (searing, cooking and resting) the Satay and Yakitori versions are single tier and where the dimensions are individually defined.
All the three versions incorporate a refractory lined charcoal pit for superior thermal efficiency and rich extra aroma - smoky flavor.
The Rabata units incorporates, as standard, adjustable roasting bars to accommodate a wide range of skewer lengths.
