Electric Fry-Top

You can choose between three different types of cooking plates:

  • flat compound plate
  • flat stainless steel plate FE 510 with hard chrome finish
  • grooved stainless steel plate FE 510 with hard chrome finish

Installed level with the working top inside the welded perimeter, complete with drain and filter.
The thermostatically controlled temperature can be set from 30° to 300° C and is backed up by a safety thermostat with manual reset.
High-efficiency elements ensure perfect temperature uniformity.
Plate completely dismountable with 3-sided stainless steel sneeze guard for easy cleaning.

The three possible solutions in order to drain the oil are:

  • A water circulation system either controlled by valve positioned in the control panel or simply via a manual operation – an overflow is always able to maintain the right level of water inside (both solutions must include a water outlet on the floor)
  • 1/2 GN container positioned in an open compartment just below the cooking surface
  • A drawer positioned in the control panel
