The one-piece cooking block created for this location is entirely electric and fitted with the latest technology.
Marrone has realized in particular 2 elements for this project: the show kitchen, an area destined solely for gastronomy and experimental cooking courses; and the Food lab, a sliding table in steel and wood, which allows guests to interact with the chef.
