For the interior of the MSC Country Club, Marrone designed and installed a cooking block equipped with all the useful features for preparing the dishes offered by the restaurant.
In particular, the chef uses electric fry-tops, gas hobs, oven, and electric fryers to prepare delicious dishes comfortably.
