The Banyan Tree Lang Co is a paradise overlooking the sea and protected by the mountains, where one can enjoy the impeccable service as well as an authentic culinary experience.

Marrone’s project for the hotel’s restaurant includes a complete and linear cooking block, which recalls the restaurant’s design.

This solution is an example of how Marrone offers a perfect integration between western and oriental cooking functions.
