The name of the restaurant, Mondo (World), derives from the inspiration its chefs take from every corner of the planet: think of what our cosmos has to offer in terms of gastronomy!
The restaurant Mondo has the aim to amaze its guests by always experiencing something new. This is why the menu often varies depending on seasonality and the verve of the chefs.
A cooking block made by Marrone and characterized by numerous accessories and customized functions is placed in the center of the open kitchen.
